  • Develop Customer Complaint process
  • Develop Customer Service Process
  • Develop Training Material
  • Control on Voice Call of Inbound, Outbound and support process
  • Control on responding of digital channel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Business Administration
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service for Telecom/Food delivery
  • Strong customer service and leadership
  • Highly commitment and quality control
  • Customer service excellent and customer satisfaction
  • Good listening and team instruction
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
