Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage service delivery for customers and provide day to day operational guidance to smoothly SMEs acquisition process
  • Maintain high retention rate of SME customers - customer relationship
  • Making sure KYC are accurate and valid.
  • Report inventory (Wing Card Order) and staffing problems along with customer complaints to senior management
  • Support acquisition team and satisfy customer request and on time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, sales & marketing, management.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer service management/support areas
  • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
  • Good English skill
  • Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
