- Manage service delivery for customers and provide day to day operational guidance to smoothly SMEs acquisition process
- Maintain high retention rate of SME customers - customer relationship
- Making sure KYC are accurate and valid.
- Report inventory (Wing Card Order) and staffing problems along with customer complaints to senior management
- Support acquisition team and satisfy customer request and on time
- Bachelor degree in accounting, sales & marketing, management.
- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service management/support areas
- Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
- Good English skill
- Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
