Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead team and acquire new customers and key deals with assigned segments
  • Monitor daily report of Sales and solve the challenges raised from customers/sales
  • Work with Client Service Team to ensure a fit to company KYC and quality standards – customer centricity
  • Be aligned of internal process, changes, enhancement
  • Prioritize daily task effectively and possess good teamwork
  • Join and lead assigned marketing activities and segmented task over weekend, provincial or public holidays, if any
  • Lead assigned project or initiatives to improve sales and operational support

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, sales & marketing, economic
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales
  • Business strategies and implementation
  • External customer prospecting and acquiring
  • Internal processes and relationships
  • Market update and related competition/challenges
