Main Responsibilities

  • Develop a sales strategy for the project activities, and support team with execution of sales strategy implementation
  • Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate sales activities according to the strategy and sales objectives
  • Perform sales activities on big size deals, like medium size enterprise
  • Develop and introduce Wing solutions to the need of Medium business where necessary
  • Advise and build capacity with sales on marketing and sales tactics
  • Work with financial specialist to recommend price setting by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand when requested
  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing team on product development and marketing activities
  • Assist product and marketing team with information of market need regarding medium business model
  • Assist and ensure the success roll out for Wing solutions to medium market segment to ensure account active and growth of medium business acquisition
  • Develop and create well-pipeline to growth medium business performance by using Wing solution; activation and acquisition.
  • Be Pro-active to identified new and different business opportunity to increase active medium business based
  • Prepare and manage communication both internal & external for excellent services
  • Provide timely feedback to BU Chief regarding the sale performance, sales activity and report

Job Requirements

  • Sales/Marketing experience at supervisor or manager level
  • Confident, strong self-driven and results oriented
  • Pro-active, and pragmatic, can-do attitude
  • Ability to motivate and lead a sales team
  • Ability to work independently and work well in a team
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and commercial thinking
  • Good communication skills, well presented and businesslike
  • Cambodian and English fluency
