Job Responsibilities
- Support the whole recruitment processes include: developing announcement, screening applications, shortlisting and interview
- Prepare interview schedule and contact to applicants for interview
- Identify the most interesting website to post the announcement and explores the new recruitment channels
- Ensure Recruitment’s Database is up-to-date
- Any tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
- At least BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment field
- good communication skill, able to communicate in English
