- Handle full recruitment cycle to ensure the vacant roles is fulfilled within service level agreement.
- Ensure quality of hiring by using competency-based interview technique and initiating any relevant test.
- Build talent pipeline by conduct talent mapping, social media engagements, networking..etc.
- Ensure every hiring is complied with recruitment & selection policy.
- At least BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
- At least 2 years experiences in recruitment field
- Good negotiation skill, high level of problem solving, English proficiency.
