- Develop annual TA road map to support with HR strategy and business objective.
- Lead full recruitment cycle to ensure the vacant roles is fulfilled within service level agreement.
- Ensure quality of hiring by using competency-based interview technique and initiating any relevant test.
- Build talent pipeline by conduct talent mapping, social media engagements, networking..etc.
- Manage implementation of recruitment and selection policy to ensure every hiring activities are followed
- At least BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
- At least 5 years experiences in recruitment field
- Good negotiation skill, high level of problem solving, English proficiency.
