Job Responsibilities

  • Develop annual TA road map to support with HR strategy and business objective.
  • Lead full recruitment cycle to ensure the vacant roles is fulfilled within service level agreement.
  • Ensure quality of hiring by using competency-based interview technique and initiating any relevant test.
  • Build talent pipeline by conduct talent mapping, social media engagements, networking..etc.
  • Manage implementation of recruitment and selection policy to ensure every hiring activities are followed

Job Requirements

  • At least BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
  • At least 5 years experiences in recruitment field
  • Good negotiation skill, high level of problem solving, English proficiency.
