JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the whole recruitment processes include developing announcement, screening applications, and shortlisting
  • Prepare interview schedule and contact to applicants for interview
  • Identify the most interesting website to post the announcement and explores the new recruitment channels
  • Ensure Recruitment’s Database is up-to-date
  • Issue contract and pre on boarding document
  • Prepare recruitment document and staff filing
  • Any tasks assigned by line manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
  • At least 1 year experience in admin/recruitment field
  • Good communication skill, able to communicate in English.
