JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the whole recruitment processes include developing announcement, screening applications, and shortlisting
- Prepare interview schedule and contact to applicants for interview
- Identify the most interesting website to post the announcement and explores the new recruitment channels
- Ensure Recruitment’s Database is up-to-date
- Issue contract and pre on boarding document
- Prepare recruitment document and staff filing
- Any tasks assigned by line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
- At least 1 year experience in admin/recruitment field
- Good communication skill, able to communicate in English.
