Job Responsibilities

  • Lead full recruitment cycle to ensure the vacant roles is fulfilled within service level agreement.
  • Ensure quality of hiring by using competency-based interview technique and initiating any relevant test.
  • Build talent pipeline by conduct talent mapping, social media engagements, networking..etc.
  • Ensure every hiring is complied with recruitment & selection policy.

Job Requirements

  • At least BA in HRM, Business Admin or relevant field
  • At least 2 years experices in recruitment field
  • Good negotiation skill, high level of probelm solving, english proficiency.
