Main Responsibilities:

  • Fixing all Wing’s POS terminal broken from over nation-wide, make sure both hardware and software are working smoothly and deliver back
  • Creating new outlet as well as configure WING’s POS terminal align with new recruitment and deliver to market
  • Recycling the Wing’s POS terminal from market, ensure that those POS terminal are ready to deploy back to market again
  • Tracking all Wing’s POS terminal devices movement, ensure that all POS terminal are well manage
  • Record all SIM card movement, ensure they are all well manage and proper reconcile with related department
  • Provide support on problem solving related to POS terminal both hardware and software
  • Support WingPay team on QR code generate and packing
  • Any other tasks will assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Technical, IT, Electronic or other relevant
  • At least 1 year’ experience with POS Terminal repairing or mobile phone repairing and configuration or other electronic hardware repairing, data entry and network
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and time management
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and tight to deadlines
  • Be able to work under pressure as well as team work
  • Good attitude and cultural adapting
  • Good computer literacy, Microsoft office, internet and email
