JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers with a friendly greeting.
- Assist in dealing with client complaints or directing them to the proper department for action.
- Assist to open and close the account.
- Assist in responding quickly to inquiries from clients about bank services and products.
- Assist in building client networks and maintaining good relationshipss to increase the bank business.
JOBS REQUIREMENT
- University students are highly recommended.
- Non-experiences are highly recommended.
- Good oral, written, and communication skills in English/Chinese priority.
- Computer literate(Ms. Word and MS. Excel).
