Customer Experiences

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling cash for all the transactions.
  • Managing on counter operations.
  • Providing training to customers and walk-in merchants.
  • Handling walk-in customers/merchants' questions.
  • Providing a comfortable way for customers with bank's services

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting or other relevant fields.
  • Male & Female is encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1-year experience of relevant experiences in customer services or other front line roles.
  • Good communication in spoken and written English is required and Chinese is an advantage.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently process Cash transactions.
  • Availability to work on weekend and some public holidays.
  • Good planning, problem solving & organizing skills.
  • Computer skills in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
