Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth training arrangements and training materials
  • Prepare and arrange Venue, training logistics
  • Prepare and request cash advance, cash settlement, per diem and allowance for training team
  • Update training report, consolidate sales report from operation and exam result and document filing
  • Site Inspection

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Education or other related fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience in administration or event organizer
  • Good at Admin tasks, communication skills, budgeting, office work, administrations, MS Office, Communication
  • Good team work and collaboration
