Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer experience. Working closely with IT
  • Manage App flow, look and feel of wingmall, driver app, merchant app and wingmart
  • Design customer process and new business process
  • Decide customer UI with product marketing team
  • Collect customer feedback and develop enhancement
  • Work alongside the digital & IT teams to identify and raise opportunity and risk in product feeds and mapping

Job Requirements

  • BA/MBA in IT , business and marketing or other related fields.
  • 03-years experience in Digitals engagement, Planning, Activities, etc.
  • MS. Office, Communication, Data Management, Interpersonal, etc.
